The line of smoked cold cuts is enriched with the characteristic flavour given by the smoking process. It stems from the typical Calabrian tradition passed down from generation to generation. The sausage is made from Mid-cut chopped pork shoulder and bacon that is kneaded and aromatized with fennel seeds and Calabrian hot chilli. The sausages are bagged in natural guts and tied in order to give them the characteristic horseshoe shape. Naturally smoked, the seasoning takes place in environments with controlled temperature and humidity for a minimum of 30 days. The sausages are gluten- and dairy-free.
