This shape of pasta is good for any tomato based or creamy sauce. It’s a great pasta to cook maintaining its structure to the very end. Ideal for Carbonara & Amatriciana sauce.

RUMMO have chosen to stay with the bronze extruded artisanal traditional production method resulting in a superior quality pasta to be enjoyed by all.

This method produces a coarse surface enabling sauces to hold best. With the rise of commercially produced pasta bronze moulds have been largely replaced by plastic or Teflon resulting in smooth shiny pasta of inferior quality.
