Balsamic Pearls 50g
Balsamic pearls are made from drops of the finest Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. By means of a brilliant gastronomic technique they are transformed into the equivalent of a “Balsamic Caviar”, with beads that are ready to burst in your mouth releasing the precious liquid content.
Balsamic Pearls are ideal to garnish and decorate many dishes:
– Scatter them over smoked salmon and sour cream on rye bread with a few herbs. Sprinkle over vanilla ice cream and strawberries;
– Scatter over devilled eggs, fish, pizza, on top of a mozzarella in a caprese salad, over tomato and basil bruschetta;
– Add a touch of colour and texture to a grilled pork roast, filet mignon or lamb chops, use to garnish a chilled gazpacho soup;
