We recieved this email from a customer who tried the recipe:
"Greetings, I just wished to let you know that I printed off your summer recipe for the Pasta with Peas, Prosciutto cotto and decided to make it on Friday night for dinner. I came into your shop to purchase the ingredients on Friday. I had never bought Prosciutto Cotto before(you were out of this so a very helpful lady suggested an alternative). I started to make up the sauce. My daughter and I both thought this didn't look very much or very tasty when we added it to the pasta so I was about to think maybe we needed something else to go with it or had we forgotten something in the recipe, or had you fogotten an ingredient. But.......NO............HOWEVER!!!!!!!!
We were wrong. It was absolutely delicious. My husband and I, son18yrs, daughter16yrs and youngest son13yrs all thoroughly enjoyed it. Easy and quick to prepare. Extremely tasy. So thank you for this recipe.
We look forward to trying some more of your recipes."
