Single-variety grappa obtained from the selection of pomace of Glera grapes coming from the Prosecco area and aged for at least 24 months in light and medium toasted French oak barrels. Limpid, crystalline with delicate nuances of straw. Particularly fine smell that recalls complex organoleptic notes of flowers, candied fruits, cocoa, sponge cake and almond. The characteristics of this noble aged distillate, on the palate, blend with a cocktail of withered fruits. To be tasted smooth at the end of a meal or with dark chocolate or small dry pastries.
