A lovingly prepared Italian style pork rack pronto for Christmas Dinner.
Ingredients: Free range pork chops from the Wairarapa, salt, pepper & rosemary.
Cooking: Simply place in a pre-heated oven (180 degrees) and cook for 60 min covered with foil. Remove the foil and cook a further 30 minutes or until cooked. (Depending on serving size)
Serve with your favourite salads and vegetables.
