Ingredients: Free range corn-fed chicken
Stuffing: Freshly ground pork mince, grated Parmesan Reggiano, bread, milk, salt, pepper, garlic.
Additional: Chestnuts, pork sausages, smoked pancetta & rosemary
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place chicken in lightly oiled roasting tray and cover with foil. Cook for 90 min. Take off the foil and cook for a further 30 mins.
