Italian Cuisine Week Demonstration Dinner
This is an event celebrating World Wide Italian Cuisine Week.
The ‘dieta Mediterranea’ is the 2018 theme, with particular focus on the traditions and ingredients of the region.
This dinner will include a delicious three-course meal plus an aperitif on arrival.
Tenor Patrick Coelho will accompany each course.
Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, Felicity Leahy, will outline the various benefits of the ‘dieta Mediterranea’.
